How can energy healing help?
It can help by removing energy blockages and re-establishing the energy flow throughout both the physical body and the energy field surrounding it. It has been scientifically proven that every living creation is made up of electromagnetic energy which vibrates at different frequencies. Healing helps to clear and re-balance the physical body and the electromagnetic energy field that surrounds it, resulting in better health and overall well-being.

What are the benefits?
It helps relieve pain and creates deep relaxation and aids the body to release stress and tension. It assists the body in cleaning itself from toxins and supports the immune system. It accelerates the body’s self-healing abilities and aids better sleep. Increases vitality and postpones the aging process. It also helps to remove energy blockages, adjusts energy flow, bringing the body into balance and harmony. Can help with acute (injuries) and chronic problems (Asthma, eczema, headaches, etc.)

How long are the sessions?
It depends but usually a session is around an hour. Please do let me know before we start if you need to leave by a certain time as sometimes sessions do run over. If I feel a client is close to releasing more unwanted blockages and its coming to the end of the session I choose to continue at no extra cost, so sometimes they do run – I want to make sure you are leaving sparkly, feeling lighter/brighter. Please arrive promptly too, thank you.

What happens during a session?
You can choose to be sitting or lying down, majority prefer to sit. If it is your first session we chat for about 15-20minutes, during that time I explain the whole process and ask for some background information i.e.: how do you feel in yourself and life generally, what your sleeping patterns are like, what do you eat, any pains/aches in body, family life etc...this information helps me to understand your blockages, your intentions for the session and I start to mentally work out what methods to use.

What will I feel during the healing?
It all depends, and each client experiences something different, the most common experiences are feeling heat and/or cold in parts or whole of body (so do bring a jumper/pashmina if you sometimes feel the cold)  Sometimes a mix of sensations can be felt in the body too i.e.: tingling/throbbing - bright lights or colours can sometimes be seen, and an overwhelming feeling of calm and peacefulness is felt throughout. I kindly ask that eyes are closed in sessions as this aids the overall relaxation too.

How long will it be before I start to feel the better?
Each client is individual, and as a result the rate at which energy flows through them and healing takes place is different. It is therefore, as is the case with all medical treatments, impossible to give an exact timeline but in general clients have reported feeling a significant improvement within themselves 3-5 days after their very first session, or immediately, minutes after...I have received a mix of feedback, but all positive.

Any conditions you don’t treat?
I personally feel everyone can benefit on some level from having their energy field cleared of negative energy blockages/disturbances, please go on what feels right for you, as we all have different preferences, wishes and wants.

Do you need to touch me for the healing to work?
I do not need to touch the body at all, but if there was a situation that I needed to I would always ask.

How will I feel?
Most people find healing very relaxing, a sense of becoming lighter from an emotional release, everyone is different, it is dependent and personal on the individual. Please do not feel embarrassed if you need to release sadness/emotions during your session, I would far rather you let it out of your physicality. Post session-release of emotional blockages might happen, please allow your body to do whatever it needs to do, if you need to cry then allow yourself time to release old emotions from your physicality. I always suggest to increase intake of water for a few days after sessions, to please avoid alcohol for 12-24 hours and to rest well. Please allow the positive shifts to take place. 

Is healing suitable for everyone?
Healing is a very gentle therapy. Healing is often a life-changing experience that uses the light and information exchange of the energy to renew the human body, mind, and spirit. Effects of a healing session may be felt on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. How can you help me?
Healing treats the whole person – body, mind and spirit. Sometimes the results can be dramatic, (physical pain relief for example), sometimes they are more subtle (you will probably feel soothed, supported or somehow lighter) everyone is different.

How much does it cost?
I charge £65.00 for an hours session, a booklet of sessions can be bought to make it more cost-effective for your needs. I tend to hold the sessions in my Healing Room in Hampton Court and at Pinewood Studios. I can hold sessions remotely via skype/WhatsApp or at clients homes. If the latter is preferable I just kindly ask for an additional small fee to cover petrol – all dependent on location/mileage. More than happy to discuss this over the phone prior to your session.

How many appointments are needed?
It is completely up to you and I would suggest you see how you feel after the first session, you might know the answer immediately, but there is no rush, you go at the pace which feels right for you. I tend to find that at least 3 sessions, with about a week apart is effective to tackle different issues and to release stubborn layers of unwanted energy. Then top-ups, i.e.: every few months is optional and effective too.  We can discuss this in more detail over the phone prior to booking, please go on what feels good for you, as whatever feels right IS right for you, more than happy to answer any and all questions.

Does Healing help bad thought patterns?
Our minds are made up of both a conscious and unconscious aspect. Most people think they are in control of their lives but really it is their unconscious mind that is in charge. Only about 20% of our mind operates from the conscious leaving over 80% of our mind and its processes to be unconscious. What makes up your unconscious is a combination of your past experiences, views and beliefs. We are so hardwired to recreate what we know even if what we know isn’t how we want to live or what we want. Healing negative aspects/bad thought patterns within us offers opportunities to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our most specific desired outcomes. So, yes, healing certainly helps to heal bad thought patterns, and creates positive space for happier/healthier habits to shape - once we get to that place, life becomes incredibly freeing and fabulous.
